Responsibilities:
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work according to customer order and expectation.
- Performing field service tasks, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. utilize all relevant tools.
- Troubleshooting equipment/process failures and requesting proactive corrective actions and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.
- Providing technical guidance to associates. Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.
- Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reporting unsafe practices and incidents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical.
- Minimum 3 years in Electrical Engineering, especially in Un-interrupted Power Supply (UPS) field.
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
