HR and Recruitment Assistant.

Omega 365 Singapore is currently accepting applications for a HR Assistant to support Office Manager.

The HR Assistant is responsible for the full cycle HR and specially Recruitment. Duties for this position will include but are not limited to HR and recruitment and minimal Admin.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to the Office Manager in employee life cycle processes (recruitment, onboarding. Offboarding.
  • Assist to source candidates and update/input all candidates CV to database. ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Handle the foreign workers work pass application, renewal, cancellation etc.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
  • Assisting with various HR functions and processes, to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HR activities and maintain employee records.
  • HR-related inquiries from internal and external personnel
  • Handling visa applications and flights ticket arrange and accommodation if needed.
  • Handle staff travel arrangements including air-ticket purchase, travel insurance and accommodation.
  • Assist in Company corporate events like dinner, teambuilding etc.
  • Ensure that new employees are enrolled in the company's insurance policy.
  • Some admin duties if needed.
  • Review Invoices if needed.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Management.
  • Candidates with 1 to 2 years’ experience, willing to learn and with a passion to work in Oil and Gas recruitment industry are welcome.

Qualifications

  • Our ideal candidate would have an undergraduate degree or diploma and 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple tasks and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • This individual should also possess excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
