Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team to build a long-term relationship with customer by strategic approach
- Lead the team to achieve individual and group sales target
- Manage daily operations, staff management, customer relations and all operation related matters
- Ensure merchandise and displays are well presented according to the visual merchandising standards, hygiene and tidiness
- Oversee the grooming attire and appearance of Retail staff
- Monitor the punctuality for lunch breaks and in out timing
- Collect all punch cards and its calculation and submission of OT / PT
- Track KPIs up-to-date of teams and individual on : qty sold, transaction counts, ATV$ per billing; AUR$ per unit; Sales volume and Regular sales vs offer sales mix
- Assist for training-on-site
- Responsible for SOP tracking action plan in: stock inventory management and control; sales reports and action plan with timeline set; KPI tracking reports
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Training will be provided, relevant experience in sales and retail industry is a plus
- Service oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, mature, and good team player
- 5-day work week. (Rotational work shift)
