Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting trading platforms for Derivatives (Futures, Options) and FX
- User ID creation, Account Tagging and Order Routing Enablement for all trading platform
- Perform technical onboarding assistance for DMA (Direct Market Access) clients
- Handle queries of trading connectivity, DMA systems, data centres, Exchange co-location
- Participate in projects which include new systems (end-to-end) on-boarding, trading platforms, market data, etc
- Improve/implement new Exchange gateways on existing and new trading systems (CQG, TT, STELLAR etc)
- Communicate with traders & client to pinpoint technical issues
- Market data Reporting and Enablement for trading platforms
Requirements:
- Preferably 1 years' experience in Derivatives and FX Market Access and Connectivity
- Possess good working knowledge of Electronic Trading systems (CQG, TT, STELLAR)
- Good understanding of FIX protocol and customized connectivity solutions (bridges etc)
- Able to work on rotating shift and Public Holiday
