5 days’ work (9am to 5.30pm)
Salary range: $4,000 - $5,000 (with AWS & Variable Bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Generate service and spare parts quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Carry out service tasks, including in-house repairs and on-site commissioning for a variety of gas and water quality analyzers.
- Diagnose issues with analyzers and provide customers with solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to address any service-related concerns and offer technical problem-solving solutions.
- Assist the project team in performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
- Identify potential opportunities to secure new preventive and maintenance contracts.
- Provide product training to end users and distributors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant work experience in analytical instruments or a related field.
- Knowledge of gas analyzers, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and water quality analyzers is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
