Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule, train, and provide guidance to a team of staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of maintenance requests.
- Monitor and supervise the progression of maintenance works and follow up closely in accordance with schedule.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, receiving instructions, and certify work completion.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client requirements.
- Submit the details and attendance of the toolbox briefing on a daily basis.
- Implement and enforce Zero Harm safety policies and adhere to company procedures.
- Liaise with client/owner and provide weekly updates.
Requirements
- A relevant University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Board.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong independent work ethic and self-motivation.
