The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading transformational change and building a valuesbased work culture. The role will be in charge of developing and implementing human capital programs aimed to support the growth and sustainability of the Company. He/She provides strategic advice to the leadership team in making the organization agile and relevant. He/she will implement programs that will facilitate broader organizational understanding and ownership and continuously create learning opportunities for Team Members to constantly improve and adapt. The HR Manager oversees and manages the entire HR process.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Operational Excellence
● Works closely with the Leadership Team in building and enhancing an adaptable and flexible
organizational design
● Designs, develops and delivers people and process solutions to support the corporate strategy,
business growth and career development
● Manages and implements the Performance Management and Talent Development policies and
programs
● Facilitates transformational programs aimed to develop Team Members who not only strongly
imbibe the values but also are competent in stewarding the work entrusted to them
● Works closely with the Leadership Team in creating an environment where people can be their
best every day through values-based engagement and wellness programs
● Creates sustainability tools to ensure Team Members see the value of their training and
development programs and are able to apply what they have learned to be better at work
● Manages the entire employee lifecycle from hiring up to offboarding
● Creates, implements and gatekeeps people policies and processes such as but not limited to
the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
● Oversees and ensures efficient implementation of payroll and benefits administration
● Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
● Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human
resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
People Engagement and Development
● Works closely with the Business Leaders and provides guidance, coaching and support on
people development and processes and ensures that leaders are able to understand and
implement strategies aimed to enhance employee experience
● Encourages change leadership, adaptive behaviors and process-improvement across the
organization
● Upholds and is a gatekeeper of ensuring the different processes and interventions are means
to ensure alignment and strengthens the company values.
● Implements activities to spread awareness and develop affinity to Company values.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
● Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other
related field
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
● 6+ years relevant and progressive experience in Human Resource Management, with 2 years
of increased leadership responsibilities.
