BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Senior Clinical Specialist is responsible for building relationships with key accounts and provides a clinical support majorly in Singapore. The position will develop business opportunities across the organization Medical range of products with the objective of leading the clinical support and migrating Biosense Webster new product for Account-based Business Plans. The role is also responsible for developing long-term positive customer relationships to build customer loyalty and confidence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through customer relationships, product support and services.
- Provide a clinical support in Singapore for 3D mapping procedures.
- Driving a 3D mapping procedure through a clinical evidence base to stimulate a demand.
- Identify development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and market share for target customers.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer delivered health care services to patients through in-service education and training where appropriate.
- Support sales, marketing and franchise teams and other organization Medical business/functional unit members through a cooperative and constructive approach to sales meetings, internal company relationships, account development and the resolution of day-to-day business issues
- Manage Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills to provide improved service to customers which differentiate organization Medical from competitors.
- Work closely with marketing team in New product launch, meetings, training.
- Run Training for the Electrophysiology Techs.
- Reporting on cases.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Clinical Education Manager to ensure regional activities, launch readiness and use post-launch measurements to effectively deliver launch plans within an allocated territory.
- Work closely with Regional Clinical Education Manager to ensure regional Professional Education activities are well executed.
- To undertake any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary, for the advancement of the Company
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in Medical Technology or Biomedical Sciences with 1-2 years of Electrophysiology experience
- Nurses / EP tech with relevant experience in Electrophysiology
- CEPIA (Australia) / IBHRE (USA) certification is desirable.
- You are to take on duties for emergency operations at the hospital including weekends and extended hours when required.
- Must be able to work under fast paced environment
