Responsibilities –
1) Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships
2) Build relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
3) Promote the company’s services to prospective clients
4) Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
5) Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
6) Build corporate brand through award submissions and create publicity opportunities through award wins
7) Lead in PR monitoring and measurement including measuring and tracking the value of and return of PR and communication initiatives
8) Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing roles
9) Keep abreast of new-to-market / commercial market development and initiatives and recommend new ideas / prospects for implementation
10) Provide Management reports and budget forecasts for monthly & quarterly reporting
11) Possess a strong understanding of the company’s product and services, the competition in the industry and positioning
12) Ad hor projects being assigned by your immediate superior
Requirements
1) Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
2) Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related industry
3) A strong strategic and business mindset
4) Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolutions skills
5) Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
6) Financial management skill with proven ability to manage budgets
7) Team player who values building strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels within the organization and with external parties
