We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful digital products, experience with agile scrum delivery, and be well-versed in working with innovation teams.
This team is created to facilitate healthcare innovation growth, enablement and introduce new ways of working, so that healthcare challenges can addressed rapidly in this fast paced era.
The selected candidate will work with innovators, UX designers, strategists, design researchers.
This team is designed to be the first port of call for focused on using a design thinking, co-creation and rapid prototyping approach for IHIS to innovate and deliver practical and experience centric solutions for issues and challenges faced in the public healthcare system.
Responsibilities:
· Leads project planning, execution, monitoring,and controlling for digital product development
· Collaborates with cross-functional teams todevelop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets
· Identifies and manages project risks and issues
· Manages and motivates project teams to deliverquality work on time and within budget
· Acts as the main point of contact for allstakeholders and communicates project status, progress, and issues effectively
· Identifies opportunities for product improvementand aligns the product with company strategy and goals
· Ensures digital product meets quality standardsand is delivered on time and within budget
· Coaches the team in Agile Scrum values andprinciples
· Facilitates backlog grooming, daily stand-ups,iteration and sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives & releaseplanning
· Manages & actively resolves impediments in atimely manner, including impediments outside of the Scrum team
· Identifies team dependencies and actively plansto ensure they don’t negatively impact the performance of the Scrum team
· Builds a trusting and safe environment whereproblems can be raised with an emphasis on problem solving
· Tracks and ruthlessly manages Scrum metrics topro-actively course correct, capacity plan and ensure highest value items aredelivered first
· Ensures scaled Agile alignment by participatingin Scrum of Scrum ceremonies
· Manages conflicts, challenges and dynamicbusiness requirements to keep development, velocity & value delivered perSprint at high levels
· Conducts post-mortem and root cause analysis tohelp teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
· Supports the education of Scrum practices acrossthe organization and into other teams that can benefit from Scrum
· Understands and embeds DevOps practices
· Facilitates getting the work done withoutcoercion, assigning or dictating work.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in computerscience, engineering, business administration, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience as aproject manager, with a focus on digital product development
· Proven experience in deliveringsuccessful digital products using agile scrum delivery methodologies
· Strong leadership, communication,and interpersonal skills
· Experience working withcross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers
· Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
· Experience working withinnovation teams and developing innovative solutions to complex problems
· Strong problem-solving skillsand ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with project management software,such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
