- Client management and servicing locally and internationally
- Research to identify new channels of sales opportunities
- Support the business development team and work with the production / sourcing team to assist with client queries, reports and managing customer service enquiries
- Develop sales plan by analysing target market segments
- Setting sales targets and forecasting
- Manage team communications and assist in planning and organising events, both internally and offsite
- Organise, support and participate in different projects such as local and international trade shows
- Visual merchandising during events
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and be responsible for the client base.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
