CHCC is a MAS-licensed Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC). In this role, the candidate will be reporting to the CEO, and working with a small team of a highly experienced professionals.
Expected Qualifications
- Graduate from Singapore’s approved / accredited universities.
- Desire to establish a career in the field of Operations in the fund management industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and review relationships with the firm’s service providers – custodian, banker, brokers, fund administrator, auditors, legal counsel, corporate secretary, IT support, accountant etc.
- Daily trade and cash reconciliation, follow up on settlement issues
- Corporate actions
- Cash flow management, prepare payment instructions to fund vendors.
- Fund accounting (equalization), review daily and monthly NAV reports
- Performance attribution analysis
- Assist in fund and firm audits
- Investor, client relations & due diligence support
- Client onboarding support – oversee AML/KYC
- Risk management, compliance & regulatory support – FATCA/CRS/MAS/CIMA
- Investment compliance monitoring
- Board of directors meetings – preparation and execution
- General administration
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fund operations and fund accounting, preferably in a team leader role.
- Detail oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously as well as in teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Understanding of equity and related products.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken Chinese and English.
