Project Site Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • To work with Project Manager to ensure project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure it aligns with established milestones.
  • Coordinating and overseeing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of construction materials to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Ensure that all resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.
  • Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management
  • Able to Manage Sub Contractors

Job Requirements

  • Possess Nitec/ Diploma in any field
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination or management is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
