Responsibilities
- To work with Project Manager to ensure project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress to ensure it aligns with established milestones.
- Coordinating and overseeing on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials.
- Manage inventory and procurement of construction materials to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Ensure that all resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.
- Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management
- Able to Manage Sub Contractors
Job Requirements
- Possess Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- Proven experience in construction project coordination or management is an added advantage
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
