Job Description
- Performing health care assistant duties and procedures such as taking appointments, registration, billing, and collection of payment for services rendered, arrange follow-up/referral appointments.
- Performing clinical parameters such as temperature, BP taking, height & weight taking, resting ECG, Urea breath tests, medication dispensing, liaising, and handling with laboratory for specimen collection or/and ordering of laboratory consumables when required.
- Perform Nasopharyngeal swab for patients whenever required.
- Perform Phlebotomy (Blood taking) for patients whenever required.
- Explaining and introducing health screening packages to patients / corporate clients and tailoring appropriate screening programs to individuals and companies based on clinical indications, patients’ expectations, and cost.
- Collating and compiling results, arranging follow-up reviews and appointments for patients where appropriate.
- Assist in doing claims for insurance (TPA) / Medisave and Chas.
- Participate in clinic housekeeping, including vacuum and mopping floor, wipe down all high touch surfaces
