Admin Assistant

Techno-marine (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Arrangement and keeping records of various documents
  • Generate delivery orders, invoices, forms, reports etc
  • Support sales - working closely with sales team to provide admin support including preparing of quotations, labels, packing lists etc
  • Attend to phone calls and handle customer’s queries
  • Support operations - provide support including picking of light stocks, inventory control
  • Liaise with forwarders, agents and operations team for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min. ITE
  • One Saturday (half day) every three weeks
  • Computer literate
