Secretarial/ Admin Duties:

Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.

  • Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company's operations
  • Preparation of corporate secretarial documents
  • Assisting the corporate secretarial team
  • Liaise with Clients on general administrative matters
  • Assist with HR matters
  • Provide assistance to Management on company operational duties
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Accounting Duties:

  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Bank in cheques


Requirements:

  • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Well organized
