Secretarial/ Admin Duties:
Support the Corporate Secretarial team on various matters.
- Maintaining office files and internal database, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the Company's operations
- Preparation of corporate secretarial documents
- Assisting the corporate secretarial team
- Liaise with Clients on general administrative matters
- Assist with HR matters
- Provide assistance to Management on company operational duties
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Accounting Duties:
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Bank in cheques
Requirements:
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Well organized
