Job Scope:
· Provide daily administrative support for the various departments in the organisation
· Check and update databases
· Extracting of data, preparation of reports and paperwork for meetings
· Data entry
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Working hours:
· Mon - Fri (Office Hours) & Sat (Half day)
The Job Requirements:
· Min. A Level / Diploma in any studies
· Must be able to commit 3 - 6 months
· Candidates with some admin experience will be advantageous
