Our client is one of the leading food and agriculture trading firms, known for its stable and friendly working environment. They are currently seeking an experienced L1-L2 Technical Support Engineer. The ideal applicant will provide general BAU IT support to internal users.
We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and the following technical skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of L1-L2 technical support experience in a large corporate infrastructure (250 user environment).
- Hands-on experience in desktop, laptop, printer, and scanner configuration.
- Basic administration knowledge of systems and servers, phone systems, and wireless infrastructure related to the network.
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Mac OSX, patch management, and essential applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Experience in troubleshooting all office network-related issues, such as switches and WIFI.
- Fair understanding/knowledge of LAN/WAN/MPLS.
- Working experience with Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards.
- Ability to adhere to the organization’s standards, processes, and procedures.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- A team player who can work with minimal supervision and collaborate with heterogeneous teams.
- Good time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Proactive with meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and show initiative to achieve desired results.
- Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment.
