Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations within Workday HCM using tools like Workday Studio and EIBs.
- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and manage inbound/outbound integrations for data accuracy and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members on Workday HCM integration best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Good years of Workday HCM integration experience.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration protocols like SOAP and REST.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Workday HCM certification(s) preferred.
