They provide their clients with intelligence and insight into the motivations, behaviour and influences of diverse groups of stakeholders. As a Research Manager working at this global agency, you will engage in complex and thought-provoking projects, utilising your expert research knowledge to support clients' business questions.
One of the most exciting things about this role is the chance to continue building your expertise in research as well as your consulting skills, as you’ll take on a wide range of client challenges and projects. You'll get to work on a variety of projects including both Quantitative and Qualitative approaches covering market entry, pricing, customer segmentation, brand positioning and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
· Engaging with junior members of the team and mentoring/coaching while also supporting with management and resource planning
· Leading the delivery of complex, multifaceted client projects from start to finish including design, set up and delivery
· Consulting with existing and prospective clients, supporting with new business development e.g. helping to write proposals. Managing existing client accounts and growing relationships
· Designing and conducting research utilising a range of methodologies including secondary/primary approaches
· Analysing data from a range of sources and creating excellent report decks and presentations, with the help of your team
· Conducting workshops and other client sessions, including project debriefs and recommendations

ABOUT YOU
- First and foremost, you are a people-focused person who enjoys building relationships at all levels and with all stakeholders, from interns to clients
- You should be an experienced researcher with around 5+ years of experience, ideally with some exposure to both quantitative and qualitative market/consumer research methodologies
- Solid experience in research-oriented tasks such as designing questionnaires, tab specs etc
- Ability to analyse data and create compelling client reports
- Some prior team management or mentoring experience
- Strong competencies in project management
- Ability to develop specialist knowledge which requires a keenness to learn and proactive self-development
