Job Description:
- Provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
- Manage and organize sales-related data, including customer information and sales performance metrics
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide necessary information or support

- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and presentations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products or services to effectively address customer needs

- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and sales techniques
Requirments:
- Diploma holder and above
- At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
