· Experience in managing retail outlets/convenience store
· Organize all store operations
· Able to liaise with suppliers/manage internal and external stakeholders
· Handle e-commerce duties
· Keeping records of customer feedback
· Promote in-store promotional events or displays
· Familiar with market trends to determine the need for improvement
· Display strong interpersonal skills for enhancement of customer relationships and customer satisfaction
· Ensure marketing materials are prepared according to the approved specification requirements.
· Ensure Internal and External Communications system are in place and carried out professionally
· Experience in F&B is an added advantage
