Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of the store
- Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective
- Maintains staff job result by recruiting, orienting, and training employees
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
- Handle customer complaints and issues
Requirements
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in supervisory roles in retail or similar industries
- People and sales oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about fashion industry as well as retail operations
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change, and the ability to lead teams through change with a positive mindset
