Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and storage
- Position Title: Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3000 + OT + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of bin in process
- In charge of export process
- In charge of closing work orders and invoicing customer
- Maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
- Track and trace inventory movement
- Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
- Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
- Answer any customer query
- Coordinate with inter-department for KPI
- Coordinate with Transport department for containers trucking for export activities.

- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- SAP & WMS knowledge is a plus
- Preferably with 1 year and above of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
