- Position Title: Customer Service Assistant
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + OT
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Receive Request for quote (RFQ) from customer.
- Prepare quotes for products based on customers' requirements.
- Prepare and generate invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints.
- Liaise with the production planner on delivery schedules.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the invoicing, quoting and production planning process.
- Ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

- Preferably with 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to learn.
