Reporting to the CEO of NDCS and as a key member of the Senior Management, you will provide leadership and management direction for the institution’s financial strategy. You will also direct and control the wide spectrum of financial and accounting aspects of the operations in achieving the vision and strategic plans of NDCS. You will partner with key stakeholders in reviewing market trends and provide strategic financial analysis to meet overall financial objectives.
You will work closely with SingHealth group Finance as well as the Ministry of Health on subvention funding, financial modeling, and scenario planning in the review of healthcare policies.
You are also responsible for the financial operations and grant management of NDCS research arm, NDRIS in ensuring governance, compliance with regulations and alignment with cluster’s directions.
You will ensure an efficient and effective financial system to support operations and strategic plans of the Academic Clinical Programme.
Requirements
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 15 years of relevant experience of which 10 years at management position. Well organized, self-directed and with strong capabilities in systems and process. Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
