Responsibilities:
✅Manages the cost estimates for the marine related tender projects.
✅Involve in value engineering and determine the price of the service.
✅Analyse upstream contract terms and identify risks related to the contract clauses.
✅Compute quotations from sub-contractors and prepare competitive comparison for cost committee
✅Support complex contracts & negotiation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
✅Support negotiation of contract terms and assessment of contract proposals
✅Draft, review and issue contracts and agreements to the customers
✅Prepare Extension of Time and prolongation costs claims
✅Advise for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claim with client/consultants
✅Consolidate report to management on claims, disputes and contractual non-compliance issues
✅Ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximize to the company interest including variation order.
✅Report contractual status arise after discussion with project sites and update changes in project budget.
✅Ensure accurate and timely payment response are certified to the subcontractor’s monthly claim
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management/Civil Engineering
- Min 10 years in marine or coastal projects experiences
- Participate from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage
