- Position Title: Sales Admin Assistant (2 Months Contract)
- Working Location: Senoko South
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6:10 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Up to $2,500 + OT
- Duration: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sales support such as preparing quotations, PO and invoices.
- Communicate with customers and drivers related to order status, delivery and payment.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing/documentation.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

- Min GCE O or A level, higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior working experience in sales administrative support-related duties is preferred
- Being able to commit immediately or on short notice will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
