Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians for maintenance & servicing at premises.
- Manpower planning and daily scheduling.
- Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance on aircon/electrical equipment and plant system.
- Investigate, analyze and determine the root cause for faults & breakdown.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and fabricators for ad hoc works.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Airconditioning/ Engineering.
- 10 years of Supervisory in leading a team of technicians
- Possess Class 3 license
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Computer literacy and able to work during weekend
