Pre-Sales and Project Delivery Manager

360f (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Sales:

· Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of 360F solutions.

· Develop and present customized proposals and solutions to meet client requirements.

· Act as a technical expert during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.

Project Delivery:

· Serve as the main point of contact between the client and internal project teams.

· Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and milestones.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

· Conduct regular project reviews and communicate updates to clients.

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing the use of 360F solutions.

Technical Expertise:

· Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in financial technology and industry best practices.

· Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

YOUR SKILLS

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Finance).

· Proven experience in pre-sales, project management, and client-facing roles within the financial services or technology industry.

· Strong understanding of financial advisory services, fintech solutions, and industry trends.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
