Job Description:
BPM, an integral and HiPo team member, to primarily support the regional office of SMC VP with business operations, coordination, key project and program management, culture development and budget management.
- Coordination across various segments: collaborate with primary team and across various organizations to facilitate the implementation of business strategy and operations
- Regional Program Management & Execution: Serve as portfolio manager across various strategic and organizational projects and programs to deliver continuity and KPI attainment in strategic programs and execution, such as Leadership v-team, Customer & Partner Engagement, Strategic Initiatives tracking, metric attainment measurements.
- Community Leadership: In partnership with Asia Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant and Communications Lead, steward and provide scalable processes, solutions and community leadership across the Asia BM Community
- Monthly Regional Operations: Ensure monthly operations are delivered in a timely and collaborative manner across the regional and area teams, including developing infrastructure and scalable processes to support area teams. E.g.
o Stakeholder Matrix & Rhythm of the Business Aliases, org charts
o Infrastructure (Teams, DLs, SharePoints, documentation)
o HC, Taxonomy and Budget management
- Point of contact for Area, Regional and Corp teams for key initiatives & communications landing, training & readiness plans
- Key project management: lead key cross-team projects as needed to adapt to evolving business environment and effectively address complex business requirements (e.g. Executive sponsorship program for key customers, ECIF pre validation, etc.)
- Event planning and execution: plan, organize, and execute events (like all hands, exec visits, off-sites etc), including goals and objectives setting, activity planning, logistics management, vendor negotiations, and timeline supervision, etc.
- Team culture development and assessment: foster a healthy team culture and well-being for leaders by assessing organizational health, analyzing employee signals results and running rewards & recognition programs in collaboration with the HR department
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure design, communication, and alignment in creation and implementation of strategy execution plans. Follows best practices for strategy, consolidates information, and advocates for and prepares information to support the presentation of business cases to leader. Researches and prepares information for the team. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and aids in data-driven decisions.

- Purpose of the team: Overall leadership team to drive organizational strategic initiatives, culture and people and performance for the Asia SMC organization
- Stakeholders: Chief of Staff (Sponsor), SMC Business Manager, Communication Lead, COO, Area Transformation Lead, EA for VP and other vendor EAs

Candidate Value Proposition:

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5 – 7 years of business and people/organizational program management with a proven track record of a business acumen (organization’s financials – budget).
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerBI would be an added advantage but not required. Being able to provide insights into reports
- Excellent communicator – being able to multi-task, collaborate across multiple cultures and regions at a senior level both internally and externally, holding people accountable for timelines
