Planning and managing resources during the design phase of projects to achieve maximum resource efficiency.
Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the interior fit-out and facade design and scheduling, and thus recommend possible cost savings measures and identify potential construction problems
Take charge of labor, material, and equipment expenses
Ensure “as-built” drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final closeouts to consultant/owner accordingly
Must display knowledge of relevant building, design codes, and regulations in the facade, curtain wall systems, cladding systems, doors and windows, skylights & canopy.
Prepare and expedite project deficiency lists
Requirements
Degree in Design, Architecture, Civil engineering or Project management
At least 5 years of relevant interior fit-out and facade design or project management experience.
Self confidence to intelligently communicate with the internal and external stakeholders as well as effectively lead the trades
Must have an understanding of interior construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
Excellent organizational and presentation
This position is perfect for someone passionate about managing the maintenance life cycle and will primarily focus on the curtain wall portfolio in Singapore/Asean region.
