Sloshed Group currently operates several outlets covering six (6) concepts. Quaich Bar (4 outlets) and Signature Reserve with whisky as the main theme and The Other Room as our award-winning cocktail bar.

General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Bar Manager as well as Assistant Manager in the day-to-day functions at the outlet.
- Lead the team and ensure that provide efficient and excellent service to customers at all times.
- Actively up-sell the menu and possess a thorough of the restaurant menu.
- Interacting with customers, take orders and serving food and drinks.
- Constantly strives to satisfy all customers that patronize the outlet.
- To support Reservations Host/Hostess and the rest of Operations team members at the outlet.
- Assist managers in staff training on food and beverage offering, bar operational procedures and quality service standards.
- Assist with bar opening and closing duties. Tasks will range and not be limited at cleaning and clearing tables, table set-up and polishing silverware.
- Maintenance of the outlet hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs and standards are followed in the service process.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended.
- Reports to managers when encountered any issue during the service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years and above of work experience as a Floor Supervisor in F&B Restaurant/Bar/Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Team player, who values teamwork and has good team-building skills.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Guest driven, outgoing and friendly.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
