Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service & administrative support
- Act as the main point of contact for any admin related issues.
- Support a team of service and operation staffs; receptionists, office assistants, cleaning team.
- Develop, review and improve service guidelines as per company policies.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing special projects
- May include event management activities.
- Proficient in writing reports and handling urgent projects from time to time.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Implement Safe Management Measures to provide safer working environment and minimize risks of COVID-19 outbreaks.
- Perform regular walkabouts and inspection to ensure common areas are always well maintained.
- Conduct inspections & checks to ensure compliance at all times.
- Attend to all emergency situations promptly.
- Showcase calm composure, build good rapport with occupiers and attend to their queries.
- Collate data, prepare incident reports accurately and on time.
- Identify relevant risks & proactively check and flag potential hazard to enhance security of the Building.
- Any other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Hospitality or customer service background.
- Experience in working at retail environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision & independent.
- Comfortable with walking/standing for long hours.
- Flexible with rotating shift (day shift).
