Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support of purchase and sales (PO/Sales Orders).
- Making ad-hoc pricing comparison from different vendors.
- To answer calls from customers for sales queries;
- Maintain Backorder list from Vendors and Customers.
- Liaise with logistic team in shipment booking, creating packing list and monitor shipment arrivals.
- To handle all sorts of general administrative and operational matters and paperwork (which may include sales reports, process quotes, perform stock take etc);
- Ensure and maintain proper record and filing & records system in department.
- To provide support or assistance to the General Manager on the day-to-day operational and administrative activities;
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level/"O" Level/Diploma/Degree;
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers;
- Computer literate;
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office;
- Responsible and supportive with a high level of integrity;
- Positive Attitude, independent, meticulous, independent and able to work well in a fast pace environment;
