JOBSCOPE
1. Assist in ensuring the smooth flow of operations with a focus on safety, customer service excellence and profitability
2. Assist the daily operations including planning and handling all the frontline services, vehicle management, carpark management & Staff allocation and deployment.
3. Develop, implement and improve SOP and safety for operations activities
4. Monthly KPI Planning & Audit on staff performance,
5. Train and manage operation teams, identifying training and development needs, providing clear operating guidelines to maximize productivity and efficiency
6. Submit monthly report to the management
7. Conduct regular services audits and spot checks on staffs at jobsite
8. Administrative support including preparation of related documentation for jobsites and weekly report
REQUIREMENTS'
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience of operations management, scheduling and planning
2. Good customer service and complaint handling skill
3. Analytical, Problem Solving and follow-up skills
4. Able to multi-task and possess good organization skills
5. Minimum 4 years of Class 3 drivers' licence
6. Main point of contact for operational issues, accidents, incidents etc.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
10. Able to work on PH and Weekend
