Position objective and summary
1. Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
4. Focal for new inquiries and leads for potential deployment.
5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
6. Attending site visits, conferences, meetings, and industry related events.
7. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
8. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
9. Developing quotes and proposals.
10. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
11. Adherence to sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
12. Ensuring that all proposals meet safety regulations.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
· Compiling Reports of current clients
· Meeting and negotiating new contracts and proposals for Diving, ROV and Marine work

Job requirements
1. Fluent in Spoken and Written English
2. A diploma or degree in any field.
3. Able to converse in mandarin.
4. Must be able to travel on short notice
5. Having own transport is beneficial
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
