- Liaise with and auctioning incoming calls from customers, suppliers and Agents regarding shipments/bookings
- Manage Key Account customers, answering their enquiries and queries
- Tracing & Tracking Freight keeping customers updated at all times
- Plan and coordinate deliveries
- Acknowledge collections and bookings
- To maintain good relationship with existing customers
- To make sure costings are accurate and revenues are applied to each shipment.
- Declared Import & Export permit in compliance with Singapore Custom and other regulatory requirements.
- Customer oriented, proactive with good organisation skill
