Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and analyse financial information for reporting to Management;
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Dedication of work and working closely with your team
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Verify on daily petty cash and monthly reimbursement claims as well as handling of staff purchase
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, (eg, invoicing, stock, cash flow and other transactions)
- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss statement, Quarterly auditor's reports and annual financial budgets
- Preparing of weekly bank reconciliation reports and summaries for management
- Analyzing of financial reports
- Review and finalize accounting work completed by your team
- To support any ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirement
- Degree in Accounting or related fields
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting, including 2 years of managerial experience
- Able to work independently within minimum supervision
- Possesses leadership skills
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to plan, analyze and solve problems, conscientious and accurate
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
