Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our general cleaning services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our cleaning services enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on acquiring clients for general cleaning services in public areas, offices, and factories.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  4. Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals outlining service offerings, benefits, and competitive pricing to secure new contracts.
  5. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in cleaning services, including safety regulations and environmental compliance.
  6. Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans to promote our cleaning services through various channels.
  7. Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures and continuous improvement strategies to maintain service excellence.
  8. Team Leadership: Provide advanced leadership in employee training, fostering teamwork, and contributing to a skilled and cohesive workforce.
  9. Crisis Management: Master crisis management skills to address unforeseen challenges and ensure the continuity of business development operations.
  10. Sustainability Leadership: Lead initiatives for environmentally friendly practices and contribute to the industry's commitment to sustainability.
  11. Strategic Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive final strategic evaluation, identifying areas for improvement and setting goals for continuous development.
  12. Future Planning: Reflect on future planning, set strategic goals, and ensure readiness for dynamic challenges in the evolving cleaning services industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the cleaning services industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory standards in cleaning services.
