THIS IS A 2-YEARS RENEWABLE / CONVERTIBLE CONTRACT ROLE.
DCS is hiring an executive and a manager to be part of the team responsible for management of the Infrastructure and its Sustainability Performance.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, development and maintenance activities of the group’s Infrastructure, facilities and exhibits in accordance with the guidelines and regulation.
- Procurement, Budgeting, Contracts, Facilities, and project management. Supports Training, Operations, Audits, and business continuity management.
- Assist in tracking and analysis of project & operations data, such as utilities and equipment performance, in support of sustainability initiatives.
- Support exploration and implementation of projects related to digitization of SMART and Green FM.
Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Real estate, Facilities management or equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with the correct attitude and aptitude will be considered
- Experience with Building Management / Energy Management System
- Competent in MS Office applications
- Attended and Certified in one or two of the following area:
- Green Mark Associate
- Sustainability Course
- Project Management
- Workplace/ fire Safety Management
- Analytical with good communication and problem-solving skills
