Job Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Assist in day-to-day efficient operation of the HR & Admin department in compliance to statutory legal requirements.
- Involved in processing of monthly payroll and not limited to bonus payment & Year end IR8A submission.
- To prepare outgoing staff final salary and submit IR21 when required.
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment (placing advertisement, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and onboarding employment contracts, orientation etc.)
- Administration of work pass (application, renewal and cancellation, appeal etc.)
- Prepare HR-related letters such as Employment letter, Confirmation letter, Salary Increment letter, certification letter, memo etc.,
- Updates and maintaining of employee data in HRIS
- Assist in group insurance claims and reporting.
- Drive employee’s engagement activities, special projects, or new initiatives implementation from time to time.
- Assist in new Hire IT set up related matter.
- Handle MOM related matters (work pass applications, MOM survey matters and appeal)
- Preparation of monthly HR reports (i.e., Headcount, Recruitment, Overtime, Dept. Expenses)
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR & Admin Manager.
General Admin
- Assists in visa application.
- Involved in the ISO audit
- Participate in company-related event and welfare activities
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, or its equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Meticulous, positive, and good team player
- Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in INFO-PAY software will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- 5 day work week 8.00am to 5.00pm
