As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities/ requirements :
- Counter Registration
- Perform registration and screening of patients
- Call-centre environment, must have call centre, and/or healthcare/nursing/SCDF experience.
Advantageous to have code blue and triage experience. - Minimum with GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent
- 5 days work week
- Required to work on some saturdays and a day off in-lieu shall be given accordingly.
- 3 rotating shifts including midnight shifts
- Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
- Comply to clinic facilities readiness
- Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.
- Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
- Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
- 2-years contract
Key Requirements
- Minimum āNā Level.
- Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
