Job Summary:
Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer to ensure the proper testing, maintenance, and functionality of machinery, equipment, and tools within the plant. Aim to achieve '0' downtime, enhance productivity, and uphold product quality standards. Engage with various teams and departments to optimize manufacturing operations for profitability and customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Function:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues, performing necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Maintain a service report/history for future diagnostics and issue resolution.
- Hands-on work, with 80% of time spent on-site.
- Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Immediately report any abnormalities to the immediate supervisor.
Additional Roles & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety and COP regulations.
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Work with fundamental tools like screwdrivers, calipers, power grinders.
- Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained daily.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate reporting/Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient in using fundamental tools and equipment.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting to 15kg.
