You will motivate and lead a team of sales staff towards achieving excellence in customer service to achieve sales and profitability of the assigned departments.
- Actively seek out customers, offers friendly greeting; answer questions, describe features and benefits of merchandise; convert them to buyers;
- Guide and train new associates on required customer service standards, procedures and expectations; and develop staff for greater responsibilities;
- Conduct performance review for all staff under your direct report;
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff towards achieving excellence in customer service;
- Provide feedback to buyers and department managers on merchandise sell through, customer feedback, slow and fast moving merchandise, etc. and
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:
- Diploma / GCE A Level / 2 years’ supervisory experience in sales
- Possess initiative, is proactive, analytical, resourceful and has a sense of urgency
- Pleasant, cheerful personality and enjoy meeting people
- Able to work 6-day work week, 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
