Roles & Responsibilities
- Allocating work to construction workers
- Monitor the progress and quality works being performed by workers
- Managed and implemented daily site safety issues
- Ensure project is completed within timeline
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and construction workers for construction matter
- Responsible for all issue concerned on site and ad-hoc duties as requested
- Report weekly progress to Project Manager
Requirements
- Working experience is needed in the related field
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Excellent knowledge of construction operations and equipment
- Willing to work at dusty environmental
