The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and promotion of QA related activities and compliance in the company. He/ She is also responsible to:
- Establish, implement, maintain & improve the management systems, namely: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SS 651.
- Establish, implement, review & improve on management systems’ documentations, namely: policy, objectives, manual, procedures, forms, etc.
- Manage all system certification, improvement and upgrade issues.
- Plan, manage and execute all internal and external management system audits to ensure timely closure of issues raised during the audits.
- Plan and conduct management reviews.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of all QA activities and support in HSE activities.
- Follow-up on issues to ensure timely closure of HSEQ-related reports, namely: customer complaint reports, corrective action reports, incident reports, etc.
- Prepare and submit Monthly reports.
- Support in the preparation and submission of the Safety Case.
- Participate as a team member in risk / HSE assessment team.
- Participate in external provider audits, where applicable.
- Co-ordination of Global QA initiatives and projects.
- To perform any other duties or assignments as assigned by superiors.
