- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm), Alternate Saturday (9am to 1pm)
Responsibilities
- Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
- Managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and overseeing the installation
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and project teams, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
- Assist in providing monthly forecast for assigned and prospected clients and sales number
- Assist in project executions, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery
- Follow up closely on invoices after rendering services
- Any other duties as assigned and compliance to ISO / OSHA standards
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ACMV works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
- Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment
