-Be familiar with SOPs in preparation of all products and oversee in the managing of daily operations of outlet.
To ensure all SOPs are consistently maintained in the restaurant.
-Ensure operations of the restaurant comply to regulations concerning food safety, hygiene standards and other requirements.
-In charge of liaising with the delivery platforms to ensure smooth fulfilment of orders and low wastage. Working with the platforms on various marketing campaigns in order to improve our sales.
-Devise strategies for brand and product awareness and execute social media marketing campaign.
-Implement all new SOPs whenever there are new or changes to our products as directed by management.
-In charge of recruitment and hiring of service crew, leaders, including full time and part timers. Work with HR on manpower needs.
-Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
-Assigned duties may be adjusted depending on prevailing evolving needs of the company.
Job Requirements:
F&B - min 3 years experience
