As part of our executive team, the CTO will play a pivotal role in leading our organization through key digital transformation initiatives and developing top-tier digital production and IT strategies to support our employees and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the leadership team to establish clear IT management and production priorities and goals, considering both long-term objectives and immediate requirements.
· Develop, manage, and oversee annual and quarterly IT budgets.
· Ensure robust data security, management, and governance across all platforms.
· Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and technology partners.
· Allocate IT resources effectively, setting goals/KPIs and monitoring performance metrics.
· Articulate and implement the company’s overall technology strategy to align with business objectives.
· Make informed decisions on infrastructure, focusing on technical excellence, versatility, safety, resiliency, and scalability in product solution engineering.
· Lead the development and execution of disaster recovery plans and IT security protocols.
· Promote tight interdepartmental collaboration to advance strategic initiatives, aligning technology strategy with various technology roadmaps.
· Strategically plan and set timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
· · Proven leadership in strategic planning, goal setting, process development, budgeting, and fostering professional development within technology teams.
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills with a problem-solving aptitude.
· Comprehensive understanding of broad technology trends, aligning innovation with business goals.
· Strong ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
· Strategic acumen to identify new opportunities, drive clarity, focus, and make decisions in complex contexts.
· Skilled in tracking and applying new technologies to address complex business challenges.
· Fluency in English. Proficiency in French and Russian, preferred (to be able to communicate with our international customers)
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
· Engineering leadership background, overseeing architecture and engineering for enterprise-wide technology platforms and leading SaaS technology platforms.
· Extensive knowledge in software engineering including languages, frameworks, techniques, and trends.
· Experience in leading major changes and initiatives, skilled in organizational and interpersonal change management; experience with integrating teams and managing geographically dispersed workforces.
· Expertise in designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across IT service delivery.
